Notary Appointments:
Each signer should bring:
- A valid government issued picture ID that contains the signers full name, date of birth, and address.
- Unsigned forms being notarized.
Paternity Testing:
Each person being tested / consented for a minor to be tested, should bring appropriate identification:
- Valid government issued picture ID containing the full name, date of birth and address of each adult being tested.
- Valid birth certificate for all children under age six being tested.
- Valid birth certificate and school ID or picture ID of children six and older being tested.
All other DNA Testing:
- Valid government issued picture ID containing the full name, date of birth and address of each adult being tested.

- Valid government issued picture ID containing the full name, date of birth and address of each adult being tested

Client Eligibility
- Notary Services: Clients must be at least sixteen (16) years of age. Parent or guardian consent may be required for minors.
- DNA Testing Services: Age of parents or alleged parents being tested is not restricted. Consent from a parent or guardian is required for testing a child under eighteen (18), unless the child is the parent or alleged parent.
Mobile Fees
A travel fee of $5.00 plus $0.67 per mile will be accessed for mobile appointments 10 or more miles.
Cancellation Policy
- Services must be canceled at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the scheduled appointment to avoid penalties.
- Cancellations made within less than twenty-four (24) hours are subject to a fee equal to fifty percent (50%) of the service cost.
- Failure to appear for a scheduled appointment without cancellation will be treated as a late cancellation and subject to the same fifty percent (50%) fee.
Legal Limitations of Liability
- EJ Watson, LLC's liability is limited strictly to the cost of the service provided.
- We are not liable for delays, losses, or damages resulting from client error, including incorrect information, courier issues, or government-related delays.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only if an associate of EJ Watson, LLC is at fault (i.e. clerical error, paid service not rendered because associate cancelled or missed providing)
Process to obtain a refund
- Refund requests must be submitted via email to info@ejwatson-llc.com with proof provided.
- Approval or denial of request will be made via email within one (1) business day
- Approved refunds will be processed within three (3) business days following written approval.
- An additional email will be sent once refund is processed
Note: Refunds will not be issued for client errors (e.g., providing incorrect information, failure to appear for services, or misunderstanding of purchased services).
Privacy Policy
- EJ Watson, LLC complies with Maryland State and Federal privacy laws.
- Information is collected and shared only to perform notary and DNA testing services.
- Information may be collected in person, through online inquiries, remote notary systems, and payment systems.
- All collected data is securely stored as required by law and will not be sold or disclosed to unauthorized parties, except as required by law or court order.
